La notificación electrónica en el procedimiento administrativo

Abstract

[ES]El presente TFG trata la notificación electrónica regulada por la nueva Ley 39/2015 de Procedimiento Administrativo Común. Se hace referencia a las ya derogadas Ley de Acceso Electrónico (11/2017) y Ley del Régimen Jurídico del Procedimiento Administrativo Común, tomadas como antecedentes legislativos plasmando las relaciones electrónicas entre interesado y la Administración Pública.

[EN]The present TFG deals with the electronic notification regulated by the new Law 39/2015 of Common Administrative Procedure. Reference is made to the already repealed Law of Electronic Access (11/2017) and Law of the Legal Regime of Common Administrative Procedure, taken as legislative antecedents Shaping the electronic relations between interested parties and the Public Administration.
