JUSTICIA PENAL JUVENI: BULLYING

Abstract

[ES]El acoso escolar es una desafortunada realidad en las aulas, ser menor conlleva una especial situación de vulnerabilidad, por lo que el bullying tiene consecuencias devastadoras para la víctima no sólo a nivel físico sino también psicológico. Es importante conocer las pautas estructurales de la conducta antisocial y estudiarla desde los distintos sujetos implicados, víctima, victimario y espectadores pasivos para poder buscar soluciones preventivas a este tipo de acontecimientos.

[EN]Bullying is an unfortunate reality in the classrooms. Being under age involves a special vulnerable situation. Thus, bullying has devastating consequences for the victims in terms of a physical and psychological level. It is extremely important to know the structural patterns of an antisocial behavior as well as study it in relation to the individuals involved, victim, aggressor and the passive audience in order to seek preventive solutions to this behavior.
