Delitos contra los Derechos de los trabajadores: el tráfico ilegal de mano de obra y la emigración fraudulenta

Abstract

[ES]El Código Penal, en su Título XV del Libro II bajo la denominación de “Delitos contra los Derechos de los Trabajadores”, trata de proteger al trabajador frente aquellas conductas que sean contrarias y que lesionen o perjudiquen los derechos de los trabajadores. El presente Título XV está integrado por los artículos 311 a 318 del Código Penal -siendo el artículo 312 y el artículo 313 el objeto de este trabajo-.

[EN]The Criminal Code, in its Title XV of Book II under the denomination "Crimes against the Rights of the Workers", tries to protect the worker against those behaviors that are contrary and that harm or prejudice the rights of the workers. The present Title XV is integrated by the articles 311 to 318 of the Criminal Code - being the article 312 and the article 313 the object of this work.
