LAS CONSECUENCIAS EN DERECHO PRIVADO DE LA ADOPCION INTERNACIONAL

Abstract

[ES]La constitución de una Adopción Internacional en España se trata de un proceso en el que pueden intervenir normativas de diferentes Estados, para el cual debemos prestar atención a las normas que la regulan en el Código Civil, pues esto supone la base de todo procedimiento de adopción constituido en España en cuanto a su constitución, sujetos que intervienen en el proceso y requisitos de los mismos.

[EN]The constitution of an International Adoption in Spain is a process in which regulations from different States can join in, therefore we must pay attention to the norms that regulate it in the Civil Code, as this is the basis of any adoption procedure constituted in Spain in relation with its constitution, the subjects that intervene in the process and requirements.
