INICIOS DE LA PROFESIÓN DE MAESTRA EN ESPAÑA: UN CAMINO LLENO DE OBSTÁCULOS

Abstract

[ES]El presente Trabajo Fin de Grado se realiza con el objetivo de abordar la evolución histórica del proceso que permitió a la mujer, desde el último cuarto del siglo XVIII hasta el primer cuarto del siglo XX, labrarse un espacio profesional en el campo de la educación, espacio hasta este periodo histórico monopolizado por el hombre. La temática se aborda en primer lugar desde un punto sociológico e ideológico, para posteriormente dar paso al aspecto principal al que se busca dar más relevancia en este trabajo, el conjunto de normas jurídicas que hicieron posible el proceso para que la mujer se convirtiera en una profesional de la educación. Se realiza una recopilación de las normas jurídicas más importantes, desde aquellas que supusieron un obstáculo para la población femenina en materia educativa, hasta las normas que hicieron realidad el sueño de las mujeres españolas de la época de convertirse y poder ejercer la profesión de maestras.

[EN]The aim of this work is to analyze the historical evolution of the process that allowed women, from the last quarter of the eighteenth century to the first quarter of the twentieth century, get a professional space in the field of education, Space until this historic period monopolized by men. The topic is first approached from a sociological and ideological point of view, to later introduce to the main aspect that is sought more relevance in this work, the set of legal rules that made possible the process for women to become a Professional of Education. There is a compilation of the most important legal rules, from the ones that remove they remove an obstacle for the female population in the educational field, to the norms that made true the dream of being able to practiceas teachers for Spanish women from that period.
