La Ley 40/2002 regula el contrato de aparcamiento de vehículos. Es una modalidad del contrato de garaje que ya existía.
Tras su regulación en la ley 40/2002 se trata de un contrato de naturaleza propia y una regulación especifica. El aparcamiento es un contrato donde un empresario cede un espacio del que es titular para que se produzca el estacionamiento. La obligación principal es la de guardia y custodia. [EN] Law 40/2002 regulates the car park contract. Is a modality of the contract of garage, that already existed. After its regulation in the law 40/2002 it is a contract of its own nature and a specific regulation. The parking lot is a contract where an entrepreneur gives up a space he owns for parking. The main obligation is guard and custody. |
