LA CONQUISTA DEL DERECHO AL VOTO EN EL SIGLO XIX

Abstract

[ES]Mi trabajo se va a basar en analizar cómo se produjo la conquista del derecho al voto en el siglo XIX. Para ello, vamos a distinguir dos grandes partes: una primera parte más teórica donde analizaremos la estructura jurídico-política de las leyes electorales desde 1810 hasta 1868. Y una segunda parte más práctica donde estudiaremos cómo fue el proceso electoral en sí, observando las diferencias de un texto electoral con otro así como los requisitos para ejercer el derecho de sufragio. También conviene destacar que los textos electorales objeto de estudio en este trabajo son siete, analizados cronológicamente.

[EN]My thesis is going to be based in analyzing how the achievementof the right to vote took place in the XIXth century. For it, we are going to distinguish two big parts: the first one, more theoretical, where we will analyze the juridical-political structure of the electoral laws from 1810 until 1868. And the second one, more practical, where we will study how was the electoral process in itself, observing the differences between an electoral text with another as well as the requirements to exercise the right to vote. Also it is convenient to emphasize that the electoral texts subjects of study in this thesis are seven, analyzed chronologically.
