INCIDENCIAS DE LAS CLÁUSULAS SOCIALES EN LAS EMPRESAS DE INSERCIÓN

Abstract

[ES] Consecuencia de la crisis económica que sufren España y Andalucía desde hace varios años, el empleo es un problema de cada vez más difícil solución. Estas circunstancias han supuesto, un importante incremento de personas desempleadas, muchas de las cuales se encuentran en situación o riesgo de exclusión social. Con este escenario, la introducción de cláusulas sociales en los procesos de contratación pública y su incidencia en las Empresas de Inserción, tiene como objetivo, favorecer un incremento del empleo en los citados colectivos que por sus circunstancias tienen muchas más dificultades para el acceso normalizado al mercado de trabajo.

[EN] Consequence of the economic crisis that suffer Spain and Andalusia for several years, the employment is a problem of more and more difficult solution. There circumstances have supposed, an important increase of unemployed people, many of which are in situation or risk of social exclusion. On this stage, the introduction of social clauses in the processes of public hiring and it´s incidence in Bussiness with a insertion order, has as purpose, to favor an increase of the employment in these companies aforementioned, that due to their circumstances have many other difficulties for the access normalized to the labor market.
