VULNERACIONES DE LOS DERECHOS FUNDAMENTALES EN LAS REDES SOCIALES (DERECHOS FUNDAMENTALES Y SOCIEDAD EN RED: UNA APROXIMACIÓN CONSTITUCIONAL)

Abstract

[ES] Las formas de relacionarnos han evolucionado desde que se creó Internet, siendo las redes sociales uno de los cauces de comunicación más importantes del s. XXI. Actualmente, no se concibe la vida sin ellas debido a sus innumerables ventajas y la sencillez con que se manejan. Es un mundo de reciente creación que comporta un riesgo importante para algunos de nuestros derechos fundamentales, principalmente para los que son la esencia de la dignidad humana, honor, intimidad y propia imagen, que se ven expuestos en el momento en que accedemos a él. Es un tema que no deja indiferente a nadie. Se realizan muchos esfuerzos para elaborar normas eficaces, que logren un consenso global. Todavía hay que trabajar concienzudamente. Lo que parecía una solución en el asunto de las relaciones interpersonales, ha pasado a ser un riesgo, por cuanto llegado el caso puede suponer una vulneración de nuestros derechos fundamentales.

[EN] The ways in which humans relate have been evoluting since Internet was created, being social networks sites one of the most important comunication cannel in the XXI century. Currently we can not imagine our lifes without them because of their many advantages and the simplicity which they can be used. Being recently created is a major risk for some of our fundamental rights, especially for those who are the essence of human dignity, honor, privacy and self-image, which are exposed when we Access it. This is a subject that leaves no one indifferent. There are being many efforts to develop standards that are truly effective and to achieve consensus. It is a matter in which there is still work hard for what seemed a solution on the issue of interpersonal relations, has become a seriour problema because it is a violation of our fundamental rights.
