| Abstract: | [ES] Este trabajo está enfocado a analizar la repercusión que tuvo en España el aumento de
adopciones internacionales a principios del siglo XXI, tanto a nivel legislativo como a
nivel social. Además analizamos la primera ley reguladora de la adopción internacional,
sus motivos, novedades y las consecuencias que trajo y la posterior reforma llevada a
cabo en el año 2015 por la ley 26/2015 de protección a la infancia. [EN] This project is focused on analyzing the impact that the increase of international adoptions had in Spain in the early twenty-first century, both at the legislative level and a social level. In addition, we analyze the first law regulating international adoption, their motives, news and the consequences brought as well as the subsequent reform carried out in 2015 by the law 26/2015 on child protection. |
