LA ASIGNATURA DE RELIGIÓN EN EL SISTEMA EDUCATIVO ESPAÑOL

Abstract

[ES] El presente trabajo tiene por objeto el estudio y análisis de la asignatura de Religión en el sistema educativo español, analizando sus antecedentes así como los distintos acuerdos suscritos con la Santa Sede y las diferentes confesiones religiosas, haciendo hincapié en los aspectos problemáticos de los mismos. De igual modo, se analizan las distintas leyes educativas que han regulado este tema. Y también se hará un estudio de la enseñanza de la asignatura de Religión en los diferentes países de la Unión Europea debido al cuestionamiento de la religión en la escuela.

[EN] This work include the study and analysis of the subject of Religion in the Spanish educational system, analyzing it's precedents and the different agreements signed with the Holy See and the different religious confessions,emphasizing in both in the problematic aspects of the same. In the same way, it's important to say that the different education laws that have regulated this issue are analyzed. Also will a study of the teaching of the subject of Religion in different countries of the European Union due to the questioning of religion in the school
