LA ORGANIZACIÓN INTERNACIONAL DEL TRABAJO EN RELACIÓN CON EL TRABAJO DE MUJERES Y NIÑOS.

Abstract

[ES] El trabajo a exponer se centra en la situación laboral de las mujeres y niños tras la creación de la Organización Internacional del Trabajo. Este estudio pretende exponer la injusta realidad social y laboral que ha sido imperante a lo largo de la historia y la lucha constante por la aplicación efectiva del principio de igualdad. Para ello, comenzaremos desarrollando un poco la historia sobre la creación de la OIT y analizaremos la situación de las mujeres y niños antes de su elaboración, para de esta forma contratar mejor los cambios que la OIT ha llevado a cabo desde su constitución hasta la actualidad.

[EN] The study that that shall be explained focuses on the labour situation of women and children after the creation of the International Labour Organization. This study aims to present the unfair social and labour reality which has been dominant throughout history and the constant battle for the effective application to the principle of equality. We shall begin this study developing the story of the ILO and we will continue with the analysis of the situation of women and children after the creation of ILO, to contrast the changes which took place after the formation of the ILO until the actuality.
