EL PROCESO MONITORIO COMUNITARIO

Abstract

[ES] El presente trabajo tiene por objeto el estudio y análisis del proceso monitorio comunitario, analizando su naturaleza y antecedentes jurídicos, así como la petición, la expedición y la notificación de un requerimiento europeo de pago. Tratándose también el ámbito de aplicación del proceso monitorio comunitario y los objetivos del reglamento (C.E) 1896/2006.

[EN] The present work takes as objective the study and analysis about the community order for payment procedure, analyzing its nature and juridical precedents, as well as the request, the expedition and the notification of an European order of payment. Treating itself also the area of application of the community order for payment procedure and the objectives belong to regulation (E.C) 1896/2006.
