Abstract

[ES] El objeto de este trabajo es analizar la problemática entre los profesionales del sector del taxi,- que prestan un servicio impropio virtual- y los particulares que ofrecen semejantes servicios a través de plataformas virtuales, sometidos a regímenes jurídicos diferentes. Está diferencia viene marcada más aún en los últimos tiempos por las nuevas tecnologías, que han provocado un cambio en el consumo debido a la llamada "economía colaborativa": es preferible compartir o intercambiar bienes y servicios a la compraventa.

[EN] The aim of this proyect is to analyse the controversia! topic between taxi drivers and own drivers. The first ones offer a public service online and the second ones are those who give similar services through online websites under different law methods. Nowadays, this difference has been more eyecatching dueto new technologies. So, they have produce a great change in their consumption because of facing to collaborative economy: it is better to share or interchange your godos and services instead of trading in society.
