LAS CONTINGENCIAS PROFESIONALES: ANÁLISIS DEL ACCIDENTE DE TRABAJO.

Abstract

[ES] Este trabajo es el proyecto final del Grado en Relaciones Laborales y Recursos Humanos, de la Facultad de Ciencias Sociales y Jurídicas de la Universidad de Jaén. El objetivo de este proyecto es analizar de manera detallada el régimen jurídico de las contingencias profesionales en nuestro país, es decir, la enfermedad profesional y accidente de trabajo, centrándome en este último. Con este objetivo he realizado un análisis tanto teórico como estadístico de los accidentes derivados de trabajo utilizando para ello distintas herramientas, como la información obtenida del Instituto Nacional de Estadística, o la abundante doctrina jurisprudencial existente sobre esta materia que he podido obtener en las bases de datos de la propia Universidad de Jaén. Como resultado he podido obtener una información rica y variada sobre las contingencias profesionales en nuestro país. Además de estos resultados finales también he realizado un análisis en profundidad del régimen jurídico del accidente de trabajo conociendo distintos datos como puede ser la diferencia del número de accidente según el sector de actividad, las evolución de los accidentes de trabajo en los últimos años, así como las profesiones que entrañan un mayor riesgo para la salud del trabajador

[EN] This work is the final project of the Degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources, Faculty of Social Sciences and Law at the University of Jaen. The aim of this project is to analyze in detail the legal regime of professional contingencies in our country, that is, occupational disease and accident, focusing on the latter. With this aim, I have made a theoretical and statistical analysis of accidents resulting from work using for this different tools, such as information obtained from the National Statistics Institute, or the abundant jurisprudence on this matter which I have obtained on the basis data from the University of Jaen own. As a result I have been able to obtain a rich and varied information about the professional contingencies in our country. In addition to these final results I have also done a thorough analysis of the legal regime of work accident knowing several data such as the difference in the number of accidents by sector of activity, the evolution of workplace accidents in recent years, and as the professions that involve greater risk to workers' health.
