ANÁLISIS DEL I PLAN DE IGUALDAD DEL AYUNTAMIENTO DE ALCAUDETE: Especial referencia del área de Empleo.

Abstract

[ES] En el presente trabajo de investigación se realizará un estudio en profundidad y un posterior análisis del ámbito económico del I Plan de Igualdad entre mujeres y hombres del Ayuntamiento de Alcaudete. Se pretende conocer la legislación vigente y los conceptos relacionados con la igualdad de oportunidades entre mujeres y hombres. Esta área incluye dos apartados; Conciliación de la vida laboral, personal y familiar y empleo, en esta última es en la cual se va a establecer el análisis. La incorporación de la mujer al mercado laboral es un factor condicionante para el desarrollo de la igualdad efectiva entre mujeres y hombres y supone una herramienta de análisis fundamental para evaluar medidas de conciliación que permitan dicha incorporación, permanencia y promoción de las mujeres en el mercado laboral, contribuyendo así a mejorar su independencia económica y eliminar la desigualdad.

[EN] In the present work investigation, a deep study and later analysis of the economic field of the first Plan of Equality between men and women of the town hall, Alcaudete is being carried out. We hope to recognize the current legislation and the concepts related whit the equality of opportunities between women and men. This area contained two parts: family and employment. Employment is where the analysis will be established. The incorporation of the woman into the labour market is a decisive factor for the devolent of the effective equality between men and woman and it suppose´s a tool of basic analysis to be able to measure the reconciliation to permit luck towards the incorporation, terms and promotion of woman in the labour market, contributing like that to a bettering in the economic independence and to eliminate inequality.
