LOS CONTRATOS PARA LA FORMACIÓN Y EL APRENDIZAJE

Abstract

[ES] In this paper you will find a guide on the contract for training and learning, enshrined in Article 11.2 of the Statute of Workers, which will facilitate and expedite any doubt about that contract. You can also find the printed model provided by the Public Employment Service to formalize the contract and the certificate of professionalism that workers get at the end of the contract period. Therefore this guide will be essential for that employer who does not know this type of contract because with this document you will find the solution and orientation necessary to perform this type of recruitment.

[EN] En este trabajo podrá encontrar una guía sobre el contrato para la formación y el aprendizaje, recogido en el artículo 11.2 del Estatuto de los Trabajadores, que le facilitará y agilizará cualquier tipo de duda acerca de dicho contrato. También podrá encontrar el impreso modelo que proporciona el Servicio Público de Empleo para la formalización del contrato, así como el modelo de certificado de profesionalidad que obtendrán los trabajadores al finalizar la duración del contrato. Por ello esta guía va a ser fundamental para aquel empresario que desconozca este tipo de contratación ya que con este documento encontrará la solución y/u orientación necesaria para poder realizar este tipo de contratación.
