ANÁLISIS FINANCIERO, FISCAL Y CONTABLE DE LOS PRÉSTAMOS

Abstract

[ES] Los préstamos constituyen en la actualidad una de las principales fuentes de financiación externa, tanto de las empresas como de los particulares. Gracias a ellos se pueden financiar proyectos inexistentes sin esa financiación externa. En este trabajo voy a analizar en profundidad que es un préstamo, explicando que tipos existen, así como realizar los cálculos derivados de los mismos. Los métodos más importantes de amortización, su tratamiento contable y cómo les afecta la fiscalidad. Así mismo, voy a realizar una Hoja Excel en la que poder obtener el cuadro de amortización del banco, el cuadro a coste amortizado y todos los asientos contables de cualquier préstamo

[EN] Loans are currently one of the main sources of external financing for both companies and individuals. Thanks to them, nonexistent projects can be financed without such external financing. In this paper I will analyze in depth what a loan is, explaining what types exist, how to perform the calculations derived from them. The most important methods of amortization and both their accounting treatment and what type of taxation affects them. Also, I will make an Excel Sheet in which to obtain the bank's amortization table, the table at amortized cost and all the accounting entries of any loan.
