NOTIFICACIÓN ADMINISTRATIVA Y LA INCORPORACIÓN DE LOS MEDIOS ELECTRÓNICOS

Abstract

[ES] En el presente Trabajo Fin de Grado se presenta el conocimiento de la Notificación administrativa tanto en papel como por los medios electrónicos. Ese conocimiento de la Notificación nos llevara por la evolución histórica de las leyes que han desarrollado el procedimiento administrativo. Como también los derechos y obligaciones definidos en la nueva ley 39/2015, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas. Haciendo mención especial a las nuevas novedades que trae consigo la ley de procedimiento administrativo en cuanto a medios electrónicos y sus distintas formas se refieren. Conoceremos quienes estarán obligados a la notificación electrónica y las diferentes formas que tiene la administración para notificar en caso de que sea infructuosa. Y finalizando con los plazos y términos que tiene la administración para Notificar.

[EN]In the present End of Degree Project is presented as the knowledge of the Administrative Notification both on paper and by electronic means. That knowledge of the Notification will take us by the historical evolution of the laws that have developed the administrative procedure. As well as the rights and obligations defined in the new Law 39/2015, on the common administrative procedure of public administrations. Making special mention of the new developments that the law of administrative procedure brings with respect to electronic media and its different forms are referred to. We will know who will be obliged to the electronic notification and the different ways that the administration has to notify if it is unsuccessful. And finalizing with the terms and terms that the administration has to Notify.
