El régimen jurídico del visado de los extranjeros

Abstract

[ES] En este trabajo se realiza un estudio sobre los Visados de los extranjeros, me centraré mayoritariamente en la Ley Orgánica 4/2000, de 11 de enero, sobre derechos y libertades de los extranjeros en España y su integración social, que es modificada por la Ley Orgánica 8/200, 14/2003 y 2/2009. Esta ley regula la norma española de la entrada y estancia de los extranjeros extracomunitarios en España, y lo más importante regula los derechos y libertades que se les reconoce. Su actual Reglamento de desarrollo que fue aprobado por el Real Decreto 2393/2014, de 30 de Diciembre, que es sustituido por el nuevo Reglamento de desarrollo aprobado por el Real Decreto 557/2011, de 20 de Abril. Se podría decir que la Ley está comprendida en cinco títulos y setenta artículos. Para comenzar habla de las disposiciones generales y los siguientes títulos muestran los derechos y libertades de los extranjeros, también el régimen jurídico, las infracciones en materia de extranjería y las sanciones y la coordinación de los poderes públicos. El Trabajo de Fin de Grado se centra en especial en el Título II de la Ley que se denomina Régimen Jurídico de los extranjeros, donde habla especialmente de los visados. It could be said that the Law is comprised in five titles and seventy articles. To begin with he speaks of the general provisions and the following titles show the rights and freedoms of foreigners, also the legal regime, offenses concerning foreigners and sanctions and the coordination of public powers.

The End of Grade Work focuses in particular on Title II of the Law that is called the Legal System of foreigners, where it speaks specifically of the visas.
