JUSTICIA GRATUITA Y PROCESO LABORAL.

Abstract

[ES] En el presente Trabajo Fin de Grado se presenta como se originó la justicia gratuita en el proceso laboral en España a raíz del art.19 de la Constitución de 1978, se aprueba la Ley de Asistencia Jurídica Gratuita, que se desarrolla en el artículo 119 CE. Teniendo en cuenta las modificaciones que esta Ley ha ido generando en los últimos años, situándose su última actualización en junio de 2017, ya que, esta Ley es tan importante y precisa que es conveniente ir examinándola para ir unidos con los problemas laborales de la actualidad. Al igual que la introducción de los graduados sociales como legales defensores y/o representantes de la justicia gratuita en el proceso laboral debido a su formación específica, ya que un abogado tiene conocimiento general. Conoceremos quienes pueden ser beneficiarios de dicha ley, así como, las prestaciones y condiciones de los abogados en materia de justicia gratuita.
