LA PUBLICIDAD ACTIVA EN LA LEY DE TRANSPARENCIA, ACCESO A LA INFORMACIÓN Y BUEN GOBIERNO

Abstract

[ES] El propósito de este trabajo es, estudiar en el ámbito de nuestra comunidad autónoma cada una de las leyes y normativas aplicables de Publicidad Activa, Transparencia, Acceso a la información Pública y Buen Gobierno, con el fin de comprobar que los sujetos obligados a este cumplimiento obedecen dicha normativa, ya que es un deber de las administraciones públicas y a la vez un derecho fundamental del ciudadano tener a su disposición información de interés personal. En este trabajo además de estudiar con detenimiento la ley, estudiaremos un caso particular dónde analizaremos la publicidad activa del ayuntamiento de Palma del Rio, Córdoba.

[EN] The intention of this work is to study in the area of our autonomous community each of the lows and applicable regulations of Advertsing it activates, Transparency, Access to the informatión publishes and good government, in order to verify that the subject obliged to this fullfillment obey the above mentioned regulation, since it is a duty of the public adminitrations and simultaneausly a fundamental right of the cityzem to have to his disposition information of personal interest. In this work beside studying thoroughly the law, we will study a particular case where we will analyze the advertising activa of the Town Hall of Palma del Rio, Cordoba
