DIFERENCIAS ENTRE HOMBRES Y MUJERES EN EL TRABAJO

Abstract

[ES] En este trabajo se va a hablar de las grandes diferencias que han existido y existen en el derecho del trabajo entre los hombres y las mujeres, ya sean, en el salario, en las condiciones, en el trato. Se hablará de la discriminación y qué tipos existen, además de lo que se puede calificar por discriminación Aquí veremos el avance que se ha producido a lo largo de los siglos sin llegar a la plena igualdad. Algunos de los movimientos feministas y normativas que han luchado por la igualdad. Los empresarios prefieren a los hombres antes que a las mujeres y por qué. Los inconvenientes y dificultades que el género femenino tiene para ascender a altos cargos y conciliar la vida familiar con la profesional. Los famosos “Techo de cristal” y “Suelo pegajoso” Como actúa la Unión Europea a esta lucha. Y la última reforma hecha sobre el derecho del trabajo que ha sido la primera del 2018 sobre la brecha salarial en Islandia.

[EN]This assignment is going to address the differences that exist and have existed in the labour law between men and women, most notably seen in the dissimilarity in salary, conditions and treatment. Finally studying the last reform on the labour law that has been the first one of 2018 on the wage gap in Iceland.
