EL PROCESO MONITORIO LABORAL

Abstract

[ES] El presente trabajo analiza principalmente el proceso monitorio laboral español, que forma parte del Capítulo II, Titulo I del libro Segundo de la Ley Reguladora de Jurisdicción Social. En dicho capitulo se dedican los artículos 80 a l0l para el proceso monitorio pero este ultimo regula el proceso monitorio laboral, como único precepto integrado en la sección 5u del capítulo. También al final del trabajo se hace referencia al proceso monitorio en materia laboral para que se puedan apreciar las diferencias existentes entre ambos procesos.

[EN]The present work analyzes principally the Spanish admonitory trabor process, which belongs to Chapter II, title I of the Second Book of the regulatory Law of Social Jurisdiction. In this chapter, the articles 80 to l0l are dedicated for the ordinary process, but the last one regulates the admonitory labor process, as the only one rule integrated to the section 5u ofthe chapter. Also, at the end of the work, it makes a reference to the European admonitory process in employrnent case in order that the differences between both processes can be appreciated.
