Flujos y Stocks de inversión y desinversión directa española en el exterior: análisis temporal y geográfico (1993-2016)

Abstract

[ES]El eje central de este trabajo se centra en el análisis de la evolución temporal y geográfica tanto de la inversión bruta como de la desinversión directa española en el exterior durante el periodo 1993-2016, analizando para ello los flujos y los stocks correspondientes a ambas magnitudes. Para alcanzar este objetivo, se ha llevado a cabo una revisión de diversos artículos, monografías y páginas webs y se han utilizado algunas fuentes estadísticas como Datainvex, UNCTAD e ICEX. Se concluye este estudio con un conjunto de reflexiones finales como el hecho de que, geográficamente, los mayores flujos de inversión directa bruta española en el exterior se producen en la Unión Europea, al igual que en relación a los flujos de desinversión directa bruta española en el exterior. Temporalmente, el periodo de máximos volúmenes de inversión se produce en 1999-2007, en cambio el de desinversión se produce en 2008-2015.

[EN]The main focus of this work is focused on the analysis of the temporal and geographical evolution of both the gross investment and the direct divestment from Spain abroad during the period 1993-2016, making the flows and stocks corresponding to both magnitudes. To achieve this objective, a review of various articles, monographs and web pages has been carried out and some statistical sources such as Datainvex, UNCTAD and ICEX have been used. We conclude this study with a set of final reflections, such as the fact that, geographically, the largest flows of the Spanish direct gross investment abroad are produced in the European Union, as in relation to the flows of the direct gross Spanish divestment abroad. Temporary, the period of maximum volumes of investment is produced in 1999-2007. However, the period of disinvestment is produced in 2008-2015.
