Abstract

[ES]El presente trabajo trata de mostrar la importancia de realizar un análisis descriptivo de los puestos de trabajo en una organización. Es una actividad fundamental dentro de las que propone los Recursos Humanos puesto que se obtendrá la información relevante para poder desarrollar el resto de tareas. Por lo tanto, la realización eficiente del análisis, puede llevar a un funcionamiento exitoso de la organización. Tendremos en cuenta la información recogida de cada empleado, la realización de una serie de mejoras de cada puesto y la comprobación de las debilidades que pueda mostrar en su estructura funcional. Así pues, para mostrar la importancia de este estudio, se ha llevado a cabo el análisis sobre la administración pública Galduriense, Ilmo. Ayuntamiento de Jódar.

[EN]This paper tries to show the importance of realizing an analysis and description of the working places in an organization. It is a fundamental activity inside that it proposes the Human Resources since the relevant information will be obtained to be able to develop the rest of tasks. Therefore, the efficient accomplishment of the analysis, can lead to a successful functioning of the organization. We will bear in mind the information gathered from every employee, the accomplishment of a series of improvements of every position and the checking of the weaknesses that cloud show in its functional structure. This way so, to show the importance of this study, the analysis was carried out on the public administration Galduriense, Jodar´town hall.
