ESTUDIO DE CASOS SOBRE LA REPERCUSIÓN ECONÓMICA DE LA PREVENCIÓN DE RIESGOS LABORALES EN EMPRESAS AGROALIMENTARIAS JIENNENSES

Abstract

[ES]El objetivo del TFG es el de definir y analizar los diferentes tipos de costes que suponen (para la empresa, los trabajadores y en definitiva para la sociedad) la presencia de situaciones de riesgo en el trabajo que propicia la generación de accidentes, afectando a la salud del trabajador. El trabajo se ha estructurado en diferentes apartados, entre ellos nos vamos a encontrar una identificación de las empresas sobre las que se ha realizado el estudio de costes, además de definir y clasificar los accidentes de trabajo se estudiará el origen de los accidentes y se hablará de la Teoría de la Causalidad. Además se realizaran clasificaciones de los diferentes tipos de costes laborales, se presentarán diferentes métodos de valoración de accidentes y se hará un estudio del número de accidentes y estudio de los costes en dos empresas de la provincia de Jaén (Congana y Sociedad Cooperativa La Unión).
