Responsabilidad Social Corporativa de Inditex.

Abstract

[ES]El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo investigar y analizar la importancia que conlleva para las empresas la realización de tareas y medidas de Responsabilidad Social Corporativa, analizando qué beneficios le reporta tanto a la organización como a la sociedad. Para ello he elegido el Grupo Inditex para analizar el proceso de una gestión sostenible. A través del Grupo Inditex pretendo mostrar en qué consisten las medidas de Responsabilidad Social Corporativa, así como la relación con organizaciones sociales y sindicatos.

[EN]This paper aims to investigate and analyze the importance that it has for companies conducting measures on Corporate Social Responsability, which brings them benefits both for the organization and trade unions. For this I have chosen the Indited Group that analyze the process of sustanaible management. Through the Inditex Group I intend to show what the measures of corporate social responsability, and the relationship with social organizations and unions are.
