LOS DISCAPACITADOS EN EL ÁMBITO LABORAL

Abstract

[ES]En este proyecto hemos visto la correcta definición del concepto discapacitado y sus distintos tipos, incluyendo los documentos necesarios para el dicho reconocimiento de la discapacidad, al igual que hemos visto como a lo largo de los años ha ido cambiando la situación social y laboral de dichas personas, las distintas políticas de integración social y laboral, con las distintas organizaciones que las fomentan. Analizando las estadísticas a distintos niveles (tanto sexo como tipos de discapacidades) en las que comparamos la situación referente a tasa de paro y tasa de actividad entre la población con discapacidad y la población sin discapacidad, observando la situación real de dicho colectivo y el acercamiento al concepto de empleo colectivo, el cual, definimos como el referente a las personas con discapacidad.

[EN]In this work, we have seen the correct definition of the concept “disabled” and its different types, including the required documents for the recognition of disability, just as we have seen as over the years, the social and employment situation of said people has changed, even the different policies of social and labor integration and the different organizations that promote them. Analyzing the statistics at different levels (both sex and types of disabilities) in which we compare the situation concerning the unemployment rate and activity rate between the population with disability and the population without disability, observing the real situation of this group and the approach to the concept of collective employment, which, we define as the reference to people with disabilities.
