ANÁLISIS ECONÓMICO-FINANCIERO DE LA S.C.A. NUESTRA SEÑORA DE LA ENCARNACIÓN

Abstract

[ES] En el presente trabajo se abordará un análisis tanto a nivel económico como financiero de la Sociedad Cooperativa Agrícola Nuestra Señora de la Encarnación. Para ello, se ha dividido en dos partes: en primer lugar, se hará una descripción de dicha entidad, y posteriormente, se realizará el análisis a través de la información proporcionada por las Cuentas Anuales publicadas por la empresa. De esta manera, el lector obtendrá una aproximación de la situación del sector del olivar en la zona de Jaén, y concretamente, conocerá la situación de esta almazara situada en la localidad de Peal de Becerro, que tantos frutos está dando en la actualidad.

[EN] In this paper will be approached both economically and financially analysis about the Sociedad Cooperativa Agrícola Nuestra Señora de la Encarnación. To this end, it has been divided in two parts: firstly, it will have a description about this entity and later the analysis will be done through the information provided by the Annual Accounts published by the company. In this way, the reader will obtain an approximation about the olive grove sector’s situation in Jaén area and, specifically, the reader will know this mill situation, located in Peal de Becerro, which gives so many fruits at present.
