RECLAMACIÓN SOBRE IMPAGO DE PENSIÓN DE ALIMENTOS

Abstract

[ES] Se trata de dar respuesta a la consulta planteada por una señora respecto al impago de pensiones alimenticias de sus hijos mayores de edad, estudiantes, que conviven en el domicilio familiar, y que fue establecida en convenio regulador de separación matrimonial. Se analizan los requisitos y especialidades de la pensión alimenticia, así como su excepción conforme al límite de embargabilidad. Se hace un estudio de las opciones posibles para el cliente que tiene el cliente para reclamar dicha pensión. Una vez enumerados los requisitos de cada una de las jurisdicciones existentes para la reclamación, se efectúan las conclusiones y se redacta demanda de ejecución de resolución judicial, denuncia y escrito de acusación.
