La modificación del artículo 135 de la Constitución Española

Abstract

[ES] Este trabajo nos ayuda a conocer el motivo por el que se modificó el artículo 135 de la Constitución Española, y que grado de influencia tiene la Unión Europea en esta modificación. Se analiza el proceso que se tuvo que hacer para llegar a su modificación, y como se llevó la reforma al parlamento con el apoyo de dos grupos parlamentarios mayoritarios. Se observa las consecuencias que ha traido esa modificación dentro de la misma Constitución y los conflictos entre distintos principios constitucionales. El propósito del trabajo es comprender todo acerca del artículo 135 de la Constitución Española y ver lo que ha traido con ella a nuestro ordenamiento jurídico en su conjunto.

[EN] This work helps us to know the reason by the article 135 Spanish Constitution was modified and which grade of influence has European Union over this modification. It analizes the process that it had to do in order to reach to that modification, and how the reform arrives to parliament with the support of two parliament groups that in that moment they dominated the parliament. It is interesting to see the consecuences that modification has brought to our Constitution and the conflicts among different constituionals principles. The purpose of the work is to understand everything about article 135 of the spanish constitution and see what it has brought with it to our legal system as a whole.
