DESARROLLO MOTOR Y ACTIVIDAD FÍSICA EN PREESCOLARES. REVISIÓN SISTEMÁTICA

Abstract

) Objetivo: Analizar la relación entre el nivel de condición física y parámetros relacionados con el crecimiento infantil. Método: Las investigaciones se han elegido siguiendo un procedimiento en una búsqueda completa de bases de datos, unos criterios de inclusión y exclusión. Resultados: Se muestra la extracción y la fiabilidad de los datos, la evaluación de calidad y el nivel de evidencia mediante la escala PEDro. El alumnado que presenta un mayor porcentaje en la coordinación presenta también un mejor rendimiento académico. Se ha demostrado que las mejoras en las habilidades motoras coinciden con una mejor autoestima física. Conclusiones: En el alumnado del segundo ciclo de educación infantil, de 3 a 6 años se muestran cambios positivos y beneficiosos en el crecimiento y desarrollo de los preescolares debido a los efectos que tiene realizar actividad física, deporte y juegos en estas edades tan tempranas

Objective: Analyze the relationship between the level of physical condition and parameters related to child growth.
