Formación de los docentes y actuaciones de los centros ante la violencia escolar

Abstract

En el presente trabajo se expone la realidad que emerge en los centros educativos relacionados con la violencia escolar, analizando los diferentes perfiles que protagonizan este tipo de actuaciones, así como las diferentes formas de manifestación. Del mismo modo, las estrategias que utilizan los docentes tienen vital importancia ya que desde ellas, se puede erradicar la violencia o por el contrario, provocar pasividad ante estos hechos, por ello se proponen otras alternativas a llevar a cabo. Para finalizar, se pondrá el enfoque en los centros educativos y su responsabilidad ante los conflictos que en ellos surgen, finalizando con una propuesta enfocada principalmente a la convivencia y tolerancia a la diversidad como medio de prevención del acoso escolar.

In the present work the reality that emerges in educational centers related to school violence is exposed, analyzing the different profiles that play this type of actions, as well as the different forms of manifestation. In the same way, the strategies that teachers use are very important since from them, violence can be eradicated or, on the contrary, provoke passivity in the face of these facts, for this reason other alternatives are proposed to be carried out. Finally, the focus will be placed on schools and their responsibility to the conflicts that arise in them, ending with a proposal focused mainly on coexistence and tolerance of diversity as a means of preventing bullying.
