Elaboración de modelo BIM del edificio Zabaleta del Campus de "Las Lagunillas"

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo es la elaboración de un BIM (Building Information Modeling) del Edificio D1 (Zabaleta) de la Universidad de Jaén. El exterior del edificio, y algunas zonas interiores (pasillos) se obtendrán mediante un escaneado láser 3D, para las demás salas y la planta del sótano se dispondrá de los planos facilitados por la Universidad. Serán necesarios un conjunto de distintos softwares para el procesado de datos y la construcción del edificio. Como producto final tendremos un modelo con medidas no teóricas de un plano sino reales.

The objective of this work is the development of a BIM (Building Information Modeling) of Building D1 (Zabaleta) of the University of Jaén. The exterior of the building, and some interior areas will be obtained through laser scanning, for the other rooms and basement there will be plans provided by the University. A series of software will be necessary for data processing and building construction. As a final product we will have a model with non-theoretical measures of a plane but real.
