EL SECTOR DEL ACEITE DE OLIVA A NIVEL MUNDIAL Y ANDALUZ

Abstract

[ES] Con la realización de este trabajo se pretende mostrar de una forma general el sector del aceite de oliva a nivel nacional, andaluz y jiennense. Al hablar del sector oleícola, veremos que se trata de un sector agroalimentario el cual repercute de una forma muy positiva, a nivel económico, a toda la nación, mayoritariamente a Andalucía y con una especial incidencia y representación en la provincia de Jaén. En este trabajo se mostrará la evolución que ha experimentado el sector del aceite de oliva con el transcurso de los años, hablando de la producción, las importaciones, exportaciones, consumidores, etc…, a través de unos datos y representaciones gráficas que nos ayudarán para comprenderlo de una forma más fácil y rápida.

[EN] The aim of this work is to show, in a general way, the olive oil sector in Jaén, Andalusia and in the rest of Spain. When we talk about the olive sector, we see that it is a agrofood sector which, in a positive way, has an economic impact in our country, mostly in Andalusia and with a special incidence and representation in the province of Jaén. This work also shows the evolution experienced by the olive oil sector over the last years, talking about production, imports, exports, consumers, etc, through some data and graphic representations that help us to understand it easily and quickly.
