SOCIEDADES ANÓNIMAS PUBLICAS: EL CASO EPASSA

Abstract

[ES] El título de mi trabajo es “Sociedades Anónimas Publicas: el caso Epassa”, este trabajo fue elegido por mí, porque me pareció bastante interesante, de acuerdo con el momento actual que estamos viviendo en la sociedad y en el tema empresarial. Como consecuencia de la crisis económica que llevamos viviendo y atravesando en nuestro país en los últimos años y las diversas reformas que se están llevando a cabo para hostilizarla, hacen que las empresas de sociedades de capital estén luchando contra viento y marea. Por lo tanto, el objetivo principal de este trabajo es conocer una visión detallada de las sociedades anónimas y las diversas reformas de sus leyes que han surgido y establecer una visión global en su actualidad. De esta forma estudiaremos su forma jurídica para establecer la puesta en marcha de la empresa Epassa como sociedad anónima pública y las características a desarrollar.

[EN] The title of my work is " Public Limited Companies: the Epassa case ", this work was chosen by me, because I found it quite interesting, according to the current moment that we are living in society and in business. As a result of the economic crisis that we have been experiencing and experiencing in our country in recent years and the various reforms that are being carried out to harass it, they make the companies of capital companies struggle against all odds. Therefore, the main objective of this work is to know a detailed vision of the corporations and the various reforms of their laws that have emerged and establish a global vision in their actuality. In this way we will study its legal form to establish the start-up of the company Epassa as a public limited company and the characteristics to be developed.
