CAUSAS DE EXPULSIÓN Y RÉGIMEN SANCIONADOR EN MATERIA DE EXTRANGERÍA

Abstract

[ES] En el presente trabajo hago un repaso general en la evolución de las sanciones administrativas en nuestro país y Su relación con el Derecho Penal. Una vez repasado históricamente la evolución de nuestro Derecho administrativo sancionador, nos centraremos de forma más especifica en las causas de expulsión y su régimen sancionador de la reformada ley de extranjería. Un tema de actualidad en el que explicaremos los motivos de expulsión o devolución del territorio español, cuando sus infracciones sean motivo de ello y las polémicas de esta ley.

Once the ewolution of Our Administrative Law Penalties has been analysed historically, we Will focus more specifically on the causes Of expulsion and its sanction procedure of the reformed Of the Aliens inmmigration Laws. A current issue in which we Will explain the reasonS for expulsion or return of Spanish territory, when their infringements are the reason why and the controversies of this law.
