EL CONTRATO DE SOCIEDAD CIVIL

Abstract

[ES] En este trabajo estudiaremos de forma detallada el contrato de sociedad civil. Para ello, hablaremos de sus orígenes, describiremos sus características y sus elementos, así como los tipos de sociedades civiles existentes. Además, analizaremos las obligaciones de todos los socios y/o socias que la componen, sus relaciones jurídicas y las formas que la ley contempla para su administración, transformación y disolución. Para finalizar, examinaremos la reforma fiscal que afecta a la tributación de este tipo de sociedad.

[EN] In this project, we will study in detail the civil society contract. For this, we will talk about its origins, we will describe its characteristics and its elements, as well as the types of existing civil societies. In addition, we will analyze the obligations of all partners, their legal relationships and the ways that the law considers for its management, transformation and its disbandment. Finally, we will examine the tax reform that affects the taxation of this type of partnership.
