Abstract

[ES] La culpa de la víctima como medio de exoneración de la responsabilidad es un trabajo que intenta aclarar las diferencias doctrinales y jurisprudencia!es en cuanto a la posibilidad de exigir responsabilidad civil a la víctima de un daño causado por su propia conducta o actitud. Nos acercaremos a la evolución del derecho de daños en España y veremos un caso práctico en el que terminaremos analizando todo lo explicando durante el trabajo.
