Abstract

[ES] El trabajo abordará el análisis del Foenus Nauticum o la Pecunia Traiecticia Romana; en el mismo se analizará las características principales, entre las que figurarán , el objeto de la pecunia traiecticia, la asunción del riesgo o los intereses exigidos, entre otros campos. También será de oportuno análisis la figura heredera en la actualidad de la pecunia traiecticia, así como también de obligada mención es la presencia que el mar tuvo en la sociedad romana, así como el comercio que en él se llevó a cabo.
