UNA APROXIMACIÓN AL SISTEMA Y DERECHO ALIMENTARIO DE LA ECONOMÍA DEL BIEN COMÚN

Abstract

[ES] El presente trabajo, pretende dar una aproximación al sistema y derecho alimentario de la economía del bien común junto a esto, el principal objetivo será la promoción de una buena alimentación, saludable y de calidad que la EBC puede ofrecer, se llevará a cabo este objetivo mediante el apoyo de las principales leyes y reglamentos que regulan la calidad, control, y precios de los alimentos. Otro de los objetivos que se refleja en el trabajo es el equilibrio entre el sistema alimentario industrial y el sistema alimentario local o de proximidad mediante la exposición de estrategias y medidas que fomentan dicho equilibrio, por último se explicará las actividades que provocan un desequilibrio claro entre el sistema alimentario industrial y el sistema alimentario local o de proximidad por medio de actividades como los fraudes alimentarios y la incidencia de las empresas no EBC en el sistema alimentario.

[EN] The present work, aims to give an approximation to the system and food law of the common good economy together with this, the main objective will be the promotion of a good, healthy and quality food that the EBC can offer, this objective will be carried out through the support of the main laws and regulations that regulate the quality, control, and prices of food. Another objective that is reflected in the work is the balance between the industrial food system and the local food system or proximity by exposing strategies and measures that promote this balance, finally explain the activities that cause a clear imbalance between the industrial food system and the local or proximity food system through activities such as food fraud and the impact of non-EBC companies on the food system.
