LA PROTECCIÓN DEL PATRIMONIO CULTURAL EN EL CASO DE LA TORRE PELLI.

Abstract

[ES] El presente trabajo pretende estudiar el caso de la Torre Pelli, desde dos perspectivas; por un lado, la del urbanismo y, por otro, la del mantenimiento del patrimonio cultural. Ambas materias pueden ver sus intereses confrontados y ejemplo de ello es este caso objeto de análisis. Así es como, partiendo del estudio de los antecedentes históricos y originales de la legislación española en materia de patrimonio, influenciados en su crecimiento por el interés global de mantenimiento del patrimonio, junto con el estudio de las normas urbanísticas españolas, se pretende abordar el caso.

[EN] this Project intentds the Tower Pelli Case. From the analysis of two different perspectives; on the one hand, from the urbanism law and on the other, from the maintenance of the cultural heritage. Both can be confronted and the Torre Pelli Case is a good example of this. This is how departing from the study of historical of heritage law, a matter whose interest has grown due to the influence of globalization, combined with the study of urbanism, tries to face up the case.
