EL TRABAJO POR CUENTA PROPIA O AUTÓNOMO EN ESPAÑA

Abstract

[ES] Este Trabajo de Fin de Grado (TFG) del grado de Administración y Dirección de Empresas de la Universidad de Jaén, recoge la normativa y condiciones bajo las cuales quedan amparados los trabajadores por cuenta propia o autónomos en la actualidad. Este trabajo queda comprendido dentro del Área de Economía del Sector Público y Fiscalidad Empresarial. De hecho, se ha tratado de llevar a cabo una investigación sobre los requisitos que tienen que cumplir para dar comienzo a la actividad así como los pasos a seguir una vez iniciada la misma y su evolución con el paso del tiempo. El trabajo se estructura en cuatro partes comenzando por la normativa actual y los trámites administrativos, posteriormente con un estudio de los datos de afiliación de los últimos años y en concreto en el primer trimestre de 2018, seguidos por la contabilidad, fiscalidad, prestaciones y finalmente un caso práctico de la situación real de un trabajador autónomo desde que comenzó su actividad hace dos años hasta la actualidad.

[EN] This Final Degree Project (TFG) of the degree of Business Administration and Management of the University of Jaén, includes the regulations and conditions under which self-employed or self-employed workers are currently covered. This work is included within the Area of ​​Economy of the Public Sector and Business Taxation. In fact, an attempt has been made to carry out an investigation into the requirements that must be fulfilled in order to start the activity, as well as the steps to follow once the activity has begun and its evolution over time. The work is structured in four parts starting with the current regulations and administrative procedures, later with a study of the affiliation data of the last years and specifically in the first quarter of 2018, followed by accounting, taxation, benefits and finally a practical case of the real situation of an autonomous worker since he started his activity two years ago to the present.
