Impuesto de Sucesiones y Donaciones en Andalucía.

Abstract

[ES] El tema elegido es el Impuesto de Sucesiones y Donaciones. En dicho tema se tratará de explicar cómo ha evolucionado en Andalucía el Impuesto de Sucesiones y Donaciones, también se explicarán las diferencias en la tributación con otras comunidades, además de entender por qué se producen estas diferencias. Por otra parte, se observará que efectos tienen estas reformas para cada comunidad autónoma. En primer lugar, se estudiará qué efectos tienen para la ciudadanía observando el número de renuncias a herencias. Por otro lado, se verán los ingresos que genera el impuesto en las distintas comunidades para poder explicar los efectos que producen sobre la administración pública. Todo esto se explicará mediante conceptos teóricos, sin olvidar que la mejor manera de entender todos estos cambios es mediante ejemplos; es por ello por lo que se realizarán ejemplos de lo que se tributaría en cada comunidad autónoma.

[EN] The theme chosen is the Inheritance and Donations Tax. In this topic, We will try to explain how the Inheritance and Donations Tax has evolved in Andalucia. We will explain the differences in taxation with other communities, as well as, We will understand why these differences happen. On the other hand, It will be observed what effects these reforms have for each community. In the first time, It will be studied what effects they have for the citizenship by observing the number of renunciations. On the other hand, the income generated by the tax in the different communities will be seen in order to explain the effects they have on the public administration. All of this, It will be explained by theoretical concepts, without forgetting that the best way to understand all these changes is through examples, so, We will make examples of what would be taxed in each autonomous community
